Order among prayer flags?!

It’s colourful, its cultural, its Himalayan… It’s prayer flags stuck in the front corners of most Tibetan houses. To my apparently very untrained eye, these flags or red, white, blue, yellow and green had been strung up on multiple sticks and jammed in as a messy bundle of prayer flags on the houses.
